Q. What is Systematic Kinesiology?

Q. How many Kinesiology sessions will I need?

A. Everyone is different, it can depend on how long you have had a condition  and how severe. Kinesiology is not a quick fix so you will need anything between two and six sessions, maybe more.

Q. Can I have Kinesiology while receiving medical treatments from my GP?

A. Yes, kinesiology is a complimentary therapy that you can have alongside medical advice and medication.

Q. Can children have Kinesiology?

A. Yes all ages can have kinesiology. It is recommended a surrogate is used for children under 5 years old, the fragile elderly, people in pain and those with disabilities that may restrict/ prevent muscle testing.

Q. Can I wear what I want during Kinesiology?

A. Yes. Though its advisable to wear something comfortable that you can move freely in. Muscle testing uses the arms and the legs.

Q. Do you sell the supplements/ flower remedies that are recommended after a session?

A. No but I can advise you of different sources to purchase them.

Q. Will Kinesiology work if I don’t bother getting the supplements or flower remedies recommended?

A. You will feel a difference for a couple of days, even up to a week after the session but it won’t make a lasting difference without the recommended supplements/ flower remedies/ homework.

Q. Can Kinesiology help with emotional or psychological issues?

A. Yes, Kinesiology can help with stress, fears, anxiety, depression, phobias, past trauma and behavioural issues. (Adults and children).

Q. Can you check for food intolerance or sensitivities?

A. Yes it is possible to find out which foods your body is struggling with at that time. It is more likely your digestion needs some support rather than a food being a problem. It may be useful for you to avoid a certain food for a few weeks to enable your digestion to become more efficient then reintroduce it back into your diet.
It is also possible to test any products that you use on your face, body or home that you suspect you are sensitive to.
Please note that only your GP can test for ‘allergies’.

Q. Do you offer taster sessions?

A. I offer taster sessions twice a year at the Warsash Mind Body & Spirit Fayres.
I also give talks on Kinesiology with demonstrations to allow everyone to experience what it is like.

I am always keen to offer recommendations of other therapies or businesses that I have experienced myself.

Reflexology is a very effective and is overall very beneficial for the body.
Marian Timms is a mobile reflexologist who I have had several sessions with at home and every time I have felt extremely relaxed and balanced. Marian also offers Natural Facelift Massage which I have found extremely relaxing.
